Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical commercial applications
- Lead prototyping of quantum hardware systems with error correction capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud platforms
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at global tech conferences
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing adoption across financial services and healthcare sectors
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through our Quantum Incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development using Qiskit or Cirq frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Strong background in superconducting or ion-trap quantum systems
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into commercial applications
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
