Job Description
Join QuantumLeap Labs at the forefront of computational revolution! We're pioneering quantum algorithms that will redefine industries by 2026. As a Quantum Computing Researcher, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors to develop scalable quantum solutions for cryptography, AI optimization, and material science. Our state-of-the-art facility in San Francisco offers unmatched resources, including access to 100-qubit processors and $50M in research funding.
We value curiosity over credentials. If you can demonstrate quantum supremacy through publications or open-source contributions, your academic background becomes secondary to your innovative potential.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Secure $5M+ in government and industry grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Develop patents for proprietary quantum methodologies
- Collaborate with NASA, IBM, and Google Quantum AI teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research portfolio)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published work in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap qubit systems
- Track record of securing research funding
