Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography and simulation
- Optimize qubit coherence times in cryogenic environments
- Lead cross-functional teams on quantum hardware-software integration
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science)
- Secure $2M+ in government/private research grants
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Mentor PhD candidates and lead quantum computing workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing (3+ papers)
