Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction techniques to enhance qubit stability and fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop scalable quantum architectures and hybrid systems
- Develop quantum software frameworks and libraries for industry-specific applications
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Secure and manage research grants from government and private sector partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
