Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Conduct advanced research in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum system performance

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of published quantum algorithm research
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex mathematical concepts
