Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to design quantum circuit architectures
- Lead research publications in top-tier journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (e.g., Rigetti, IBM Quantum)
