Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
