Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic systems
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype quantum hardware solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral research
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development and quantum error correction
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and HPC frameworks
