Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization, machine learning, and simulation applications
- Design and implement error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at international conferences
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on real hardware platforms
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement, superposition, and decoherence
- Expertise in Python/C++ with high-performance computing optimization
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
