Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Design scalable quantum error correction architectures

- Publish 3-5 high-impact research papers annually
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theory-practice gaps
- Advise government and industry stakeholders on quantum policy
- Prototype quantum-resistant cryptographic solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million dollar research grants
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
