Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

- Author high-impact research papers and patents in top-tier journals and conferences
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks to accelerate AI model training beyond classical limits

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics with 3+ years post-doctoral experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit design
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and quantum simulation tools
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to secure $500K+ in research funding or grants
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
