Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error mitigation techniques to enhance quantum circuit reliability

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction

- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical modeling
