Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum-resistant cryptography protocols
- Publish 2-3 high-impact papers in Nature/Science journals annually
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum satellite communication systems
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Quantum Acceleration Program
- Develop patentable quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum processors
- Validated track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical applications
