Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, machine learning, and cryptography
- Develop error-correction protocols to advance quantum hardware stability

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at global conferences
- Secure and manage quantum computing research grants from federal and private entities
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum computing education initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quantum security standards and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quipper)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing research in Nature/Science journals
