Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects with partner labs
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve quantum supremacy
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybrid quantum-classical machine learning systems
- Secure research partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers
- Mentor junior researchers and present findings at international conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
