Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop novel quantum error correction protocols for 256+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to translate quantum proofs into commercial applications
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing grants and patents
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics from Tier 1 institution
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq/Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and compilation techniques
