Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Conduct experimental research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop quantum software architectures
- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects to translate theoretical models into practical applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
