Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Conduct experimental validation of quantum systems using superconducting qubits and ion traps
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies and hardware designs

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
