Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
