Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industry applications

- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum solutions into machine learning pipelines
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive open-source quantum software initiatives
- Secure research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Published work in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complexity theory
- Experience with cryogenic systems or quantum hardware integration preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental implementations
- Track record of securing competitive research grants or patents
- Passion for ethical quantum technology development and deployment
