Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols

- Secure $2M+ in government and industry research grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
- Experience securing government research grants (NSF/DOE)
