Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Collaborate on quantum hardware optimization projects with engineering teams
- Publish cutting-edge research in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to commercialize quantum solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of high-impact research publications
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design for optimization/simulation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python/C++
