Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers

- Optimize qubit stability and error correction protocols
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published work in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion systems
- Strong Python/C++ skills for hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Track record of securing research funding
