Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industry applications

- Mentor PhD candidates and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure $5M+ in NSF/DARPA grants for quantum initiatives
- Drive open-source contributions to Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Engineering with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published record in quantum algorithm development (5+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Python simulation frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware or photonics systems
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum data analysis
- Ability to secure federal research funding
