Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industry applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming experience (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills for NP-hard computational challenges
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental implementations
