Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges

- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing research grants from DARPA/NSF
- Drive commercialization of quantum applications for finance, logistics, and drug discovery
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and Qiskit/PennyLane frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (e.g., QIP, TQC)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Proven track record of securing government or industry research funding
- Patent portfolio in quantum computing innovations preferred
