Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for enterprise applications
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN on quantum internet infrastructure
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum error correction methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Computational Mathematics
- 8+ years in quantum research with 3+ years team leadership
- Published work in quantum cryptography or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Experience securing DoD/NSF grants for quantum initiatives
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Patent portfolio in quantum computing systems preferred
