- Develop patentable quantum error-correction methodologies
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum decoherence
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# programming frameworks
- Track record of securing government research funding
- Experience leading teams through NIST quantum standardization processes
