- Secure $5M+ in government and industry research grants
- Publish top-tier papers and file 10+ patents annually
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on quantum cloud integration projects
- Mentor PhD researchers and establish industry-recognized quantum standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years research experience
- Published 20+ papers in peer-reviewed journals (Nature/Science preferred)
- Proven track record of securing $3M+ in research funding
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience leading international research consortia
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Strong background in AI/ML integration with quantum systems
