Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum error correction protocols and system architectures
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and hybrid classical-quantum workflows
- Develop simulation frameworks to validate quantum circuit performance and scalability
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at industry conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, quantum gates, and circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
