Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Design scalable quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI researchers to develop quantum machine learning frameworks

- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience leading technical teams of 5+ engineers
