Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Design hybrid classical-quantum system architectures with fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions for finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and quantum-resistant encryption frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research and contribute to open-source quantum computing libraries

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of developing fault-tolerant quantum architectures
- Strong background in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
