Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for commercial applications in finance, logistics, and cryptography
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize quantum machine learning models
- Research and prototype novel quantum communication protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or enterprise quantum development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Proficiency in quantum circuit optimization and simulation tools
