Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processor designs supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization for commercial applications
- Design cryogenic control systems operating at 15mK temperatures
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Research breakthrough qubit technologies (topological, photonic, neutral atom)
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing architectures
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proficiency with cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuit design
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
