Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for enterprise-scale applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for real-time problem-solving
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum software SDKs and developer toolkits
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum hardware
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Certification in AWS Braket or Azure Quantum preferred
- Track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes environments
