Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Collaborate with Nobel Prize researchers on next-generation quantum protocols
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance architectures
- Track record of leading quantum computing R&D projects with commercial impact
