Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to maintain quantum coherence in practical systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world business problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Create security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Establish benchmarks for quantum advantage over classical computing
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing research or industrial quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware-software co-design
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
