Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for complex problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum machine learning models
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging quantum hardware technologies
- Create security protocols for quantum networks and distributed quantum systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum algorithm development
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 10+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in cryptographic protocols and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex projects
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and scalability challenges
