Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Research novel qubit technologies (topological, photonic, superconducting)
- Define quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Partner with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical interfaces
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years quantum architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or IEEE journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks
- Strong background in quantum information theory
- Certification in quantum hardware engineering preferred
