Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve quantum advantage in practical use cases
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelities
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for cryptography, materials science, and optimization
- Lead quantum security implementations for blockchain and financial systems
- Document quantum system specifications and integration guidelines
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction (QEC) codes
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quil)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical solutions
