Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits with 99.9% fidelity targets
- Partner with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into functional quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
