Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum circuit architectures at 1000+ qubit scale
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum-optimized solutions
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Author white papers and present breakthrough findings at global tech forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum simulation frameworks
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation techniques
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
