Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflow frameworks for real-world deployment
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography, simulation, and ML
- Define quantum security protocols and quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Secure $50M+ in quantum research grants and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling complex distributed systems
- Security clearance eligibility or government quantum project experience
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
