Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks to optimize computational workflows
- Lead research on quantum error correction and topological qubit stabilization
- Create quantum algorithms solving NP-hard problems in logistics and material science
- Architect quantum-safe encryption protocols for critical infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation strategies
- Pioneer quantum cloud infrastructure for distributed quantum computing networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum research
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical quantum concepts into practical implementations
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards
