You'll lead projects with global impact while mentoring the next generation of quantum engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communication systems
- Research and optimize quantum algorithms for drug discovery and materials science
- Establish industry standards for quantum computing interoperability
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum technology conferences
- Drive intellectual property development with 5+ patents/year target
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research with published papers in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Experience with superconducting and trapped-ion quantum processors
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research funding
