Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for complex optimization problems
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Lead prototyping of novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and materials science
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints and decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of solving NP-hard problems with quantum approaches
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
