Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Create quantum error correction protocols for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing patents
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on quantum transition strategies
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error correction systems
- Proficiency in Q#, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Security clearance preferred (DARPA projects)
