Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead research initiatives in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Create quantum software development kits (SDKs) for developer ecosystem
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Mentor junior researchers on quantum algorithms and computational complexity
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit design
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or cryptography journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and error correction techniques
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and distributed quantum systems
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and complexity theory
- Certification in quantum security architecture (e.g., Qiskit Certification)
- Ability to translate quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
