Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 10,000+ qubit capacity
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for commercial applications
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on quantum security implementations
- Pioneer quantum error correction methodologies for industrial deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum computing frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Expertise in superconducting qubit fabrication and cryogenic systems
