Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence capabilities
- Design error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy breakthroughs
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or superconducting qubit design
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control hardware
- Strong track record of leading technical teams through product launches
